Has the URL been hijacked?

There's currently a proxy issue. Devs are working to solve it as fast as they can. The domain has not been hijacked, just good old technical failure.

Use a mirror domain in the meantime:
https://z-library.website/

As always with mirrors, check they're legit by first logging on with a random fake email and fake password to see if it 'recognises' you. If it logs that on, its fake.
